Balter, Historic Renovation

This extensive historic renovation project helped to jump start economic activity in Christiansted. We incorporated major changes to the structures and overlayed new electrical, mechanical and low voltage systems to this almost 250 year old building. In addition to the chefs and presentation kitchens, we completely transformed a courtyard, garden, three future tenant spaces and two beautiful bars.
