Cruz Bay Playground Rebuild

J. Benton was contracted by The Friends of the VI National Park for phase one of the Playground Restoration Project in Cruz Bay. This initiative aims to restore a playground that was extensively damaged during Hurricane Maria in 2017. Phase one of the project involved crucial tasks such as demolition, grading, ground surface preparation, and assembly and installation of new playground equipment. The community came together and raised funds to support this restoration effort, showcasing their dedication and commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable space for children. By collaborating with The Friends of the VI National Park, J. Benton aims to bring new life to the playground, symbolizing resilience and recovery in the aftermath of the hurricane. With phase one now complete, J. Benton is dedicated to ensuring that the revitalized playground becomes a cherished recreational area for the community once again.
