Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham

This Wyndham Destination property’s  74-unit resort suffered catastrophic damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. To restore this incredible beach resort J. Benton completed full interior and M/E/P system renovations of the existing units, code required structural and system upgrades, new roofing, and exteriors. A new restaurant, operations building, check-in building and water sports facility were constructed. Additionally, a new guestroom building was added to provide five dedicated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible barrier-free units and five presidential units. The site utility distribution systems were resurrected and remediated, and renovations were made to the pool and pool bar.
