Metro Motors, Ford Dealership
St. Thomas, USVI
This 8,000 SF building was designed with a showroom, offices, training room, parts storage, service write-up area and six service bays. Project scope included the demolition and removal of existing parts and service buildings, as well as site-wide drainage improvements, concrete driveways and parking for 70 vehicles. Benton prioritized the aesthetics of this facility by incorporating a visually appealing entrance with a cantilevered canopy, sunshades and an offset, raised concrete parapet wall. The storefront entrance also opens fully to allow vehicles to be driven on and off the showroom floor.
