Shoy’s Villa, Private Residence Renovation

J. Benton was selected to upgrade the interior aesthetic and pool deck durability of a 3,500 SF private residence in Shoy’s Neighborhood, St. Croix with-in a six week schedule. Ceramic tile that covered the floors and walls of most of the residential areas had to be demolished and replaced. Ceramic tile flooring and new wood base boards were installed, and custom master bedroom closets and office millwork were also included in the scope.

The decking around the pool deck was completely removed and replaced with two-inch Trex decking. A new stainless-steel railing system was installed surrounding the pool deck along with a modern glass stairwell that connects two levels.
