The Westin St. John, Sunset Bay Conversions

The Westin St. John was an operating resort that included six 2-story buildings while the conversions produced forty-four 2-bedroom suites and eight studios. The construction involved structural additions, upgraded interior finishes, extensive millwork, complete interior, and exterior demolition and reconstruction. A comprehensive upgrade to low voltage systems and FFE was also completed. The J. Benton team dedicated a great deal of time and effort into strategies to minimize impacts to resort operations and guest experience.
