USACE, Emergency Roof Repairs

In the fall of 2017, the USVI suffered extensive damage after being struck by two category 5 hurricanes less than two weeks apart. After being selected by USACE, JBC quickly implemented a plan organizing structure and securing material to support rapid deployment, and safety and QA/QC programs using Best Practice for metal and small roof repair. Once implemented, the JBC team was repairing up to 100 roofs per day. After several months into the program, USACE requested we complete the remaining roofs where other contractors could not perform. At the end of the program, J. Benton successfully repaired close to 1K roofs territory wide.
