VI Police Department, K-9 Operations Building

This project was funded by an anonymous donor who wanted a first class facility for the VI Police Department’s K-9 Unit. This project houses 10 canines and includes an isolation kennel, bathing station, kennel master’s office, handlers’ work center and a multi-purpose room. The design also provides for an outdoor training area with spectator seating and defined walkways utilizing a GeoPave porous pavement system.
