General Construction

As a General Contractor (Prime Contractor), we have managed Lump Sum and Negotiated Contracts for clients including the United States Virgin Islands Government, local Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies and the Federal Government, as well as public and private companies. J. Benton contracts and assumes responsibility for the overall coordination and completion of a construction project once the design is finalized through the owner/architect partnership.
