Sustainable Design & Green Building

J. Benton completed the design and construction of the first U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) project in the US Virgin Islands. We have worked on the design and construction of numerous other projects utilizing LEED principals and other ‘green’ systems, including optimized energy performance, solar power, storm water, water-use reduction, use of recycled content, controllability of lighting and thermal comfort systems, daylighting and enhanced commissioning and more.
