Jon Adams

Jon is a second-generation construction manager and licensed general contractor whose career in the construction industry spans over 20 years, beginning stateside with a focus on hands-on residential construction and then later broadening into commercial construction contracting after moving to the US Virgin Islands in 2002. Jon has completed a variety of projects with an emphasis on multi-family housing projects but also including commercial buildings, underground utilities, road construction and emergency service contracts. Mr. Adams is comfortable administering all aspects of multi-million dollar federal, local and private contracts.

Mr. Adams enjoys problem solving and specializes in creating “elegant solutions” designed to keep stakeholders, owners, subcontractors and employees happy and projects moving forward profitably towards completion.
